4 to 5 Slices milk loaf bread- remove crust and cut into Triangles
Fry triangles in ghee
½ litre milk

boil,
add 1 egg
a small tin nestle cream, } Beat together

pack the triangles in a pyrex dish
pour milk mixture over the triangles
Allow the mixture to soak in bread

Bake at 180 C until well done. Make a syrup ( Goolab Jambu) add saffron When pudding is done and while hot- pour syrup over and decorate with badam or pista
