Shortbread biscuit

Recipe credit @the_dazzling_hostess ( my mum in law)

125 g Rama margarine
250 g butter
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup maizena
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tablespoon rice flour
3 to 4 cups Cake flour
Method
Beat margarine and butter till light and creamy . Add sugar and continue beating . Add maizena , Vanilla essence and rice flour and beat well. Add in flour and make a soft dough. Preheat oven. Grease your tray with butter and make little holes using a fork to create a pattern. Bake for 15-20 minutes on 140 degrees Celsius. Dust sifted castor sugar over the biscuits and cut biscuits into a rectangular shape
