1 cup semolina
5 full Tbsp ghee
braise till golden brown
In a separate dish whisk
2 eggs
2 ½ cup milk
½ cup water
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp elachi powder
add a few drops egg yellow colouring pour this to semolina and cook on low heat when almost done add 3 to 4 handfulls of coconut and badam
