Sookh Mookh Recipe – 20 March 2014

  1. 1 kg saumf (cleaned)
  2. ½ kg dhana dhal
  3. ½ kg tal
  4. Assorted tal sweets and assorted saumf sweets.
  5. Pecans, badaam and cashews (cut into small pieces)
  6. Pink sweets

 

  • Wash and drain saumf, put it on a tray,
  • Add about ½ cup water with arad and salt and sprinkle over saumf.
  • Dry in oven thoroughly, mix everything together, and roast for little while till nice and crispy.
