3 cups flour
1tsp salt
250grams butter
1 cup sour cream
method
process butter salt and flour in a processor until it resembles crumbs than add the sour cream to make the dough the quantity of sour cream is enough to the flour to make a good dough refrigerate the dough for about an hour or two than roll out into a rectangle and fold as for pastry. Can refrigerate again or cut into shapes and fill . This dough works best and comes out light and flaky if allowed to refrigerate
