Ingredients:
250g butter
2 eggs
2x ¾ cup coconut
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
3 & ¼ cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
8 tsp custard powder
4 tsp mixed spice
2 tsp baking powder
Method:
Cream butter and castor sugar. Add egg. Add custard powder, mixed spice and cinnamon. Add baking power and flour to make soft dough.
