1 onion
2 Tblsp ghee
1 packet chopped spinach
Salt to taste
1 cup chicken fillet cubed (optional)
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp green ground chillie
1 tsp chopped garlic
White sauce
2 Tblsp ghee
3 Tblsp flour
Add milk as needed
Boil you spaghetti seperate
Method:
In a deep pot add your ghee and braise your onion until its transparent in colour. Add cubed fillet. Then add your spinach,salt, pepper, green chillie, and garlic. Allow cooking until done add a little water till it burns out. Make your white sauce and add it to the chicken and spinach mix. Then add your pasta and mix well I added in some mushrooms a swell saute it in another pan with olive oil and black pepper n salt. Add into a pyrex dish crumble some feta cheese over and grate cheese over bake at 180 n enjoy
