Ingredients:
2 cups finely chopped chicken fillet
2 tsp ground green chillies
½ tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp chicken spice
1 tblsp ghee
1 bunch spinach, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1tblsp oil
1 small container feta, drained and crumbled
Method:
Cook all ingredients together on low heat until done. Cool and set aside
Variations:
For Pasta: Mix all the ingredients together with 1 tin cream-style corn. Top with white cheese.
For Pizza: Spoon filling over pizza base and top with lots of mozzarella cheese.
