– Finely chop 1 bunch spinach.
– Steam with salt, pepper and green marcha.
– Grate 1 small onion and squeeze out all the water. Add this to the steamed spinach.
– Beat 2 jumbo eggs.
– Add 2 tbsp flour, 150ml milk, 1 tsp aromat, 1 tso mustard powder and pepper.
– Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheddar cheese on top.
– Bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
