Ingredients:
1 chicken (cut into pieces)
2 Tbsp ginger paste
1 cup curd
2 tsp garam masala powder (all sides)
Chilli powder to taste
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt
Oil
Apply the ginger paste, chilli powder and salt on the chicken pieces and set aside for one hour. Then steam the chicken pieces. Mix curd with little salt, garam masala powder and lemon juice. Apply on the steamed chicken pieces and fry till the pieces become light brown-
