1 big Onion
Braise meat with chopped onion and ginger garlic. Add salt and chilli to taste. When almost done add tomato and potatoes. When potatoes are soft add tomato paste and sugar. Serve with rice

Make vagar with onion. Add in mutton and cook for 45 minutes till done. Meanwhile cut up veggies.
Once mutton is done, heat ghee in a big pot add mutton.
Add veggies in order of which takes longer to cook. Once all veggies are on close pot and cook on low for 15 minutes. Serve with pap or roti
