8 TBLSP ICING SUGAR
4 TBLSP CORN FLOUR/MAZIENA
¼ CUP COCONUT
APPROXIMATELY 2 CUPS FLOUR
METHOD
1.CREAM BUTTER AND ICING SUGAR WELL. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SOFT DOUGH.
2.ROLL OUT ON A FLOURED BOARD. CUT INTO ROUNDS. CUT OUT A SMALL HOLE IN THE CENTRE OF HALF THE ROUNDS.
3.BAKE IN A MODERATE OVEN UNTIL LIGHT IN COLOUR. COOL.
4.SANDWICH ONE PLAIN AND ONE WITH A HOLE IN THE CENTRE WITH SRTAWBERRY ICING.
5.COLOUR JAM RED AND PLACE ON EACH OTHER.
6.DUST LIGHTLY WITH ICING SUGAR.

PINK FOOD COLOURING
SMOOTH APRICOT JAM
CREAM BUTTER AND ICING SUGAR WELL. ADD ESSENCE AND COLOURING. BEAT WELL.
