250g prawns clean devein and rinse well
100g each: Bhinda
Baby Corn
¼ each: Red, Green, yellow, peppers
1 potato cubed and boiled in salt.
Braise in ghee or olive oil.
Add 4-6 chopped garlic or garlic paste. 3 – 1/4 tsp
Add all spices to all vegges and mix add to above.
½ Tbsp black pepper
½ tsp white pepper
2 Tbsp thick plain yoghurt low fat
1 Tbsp green masala (mild)
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp paprika
½ tsp Aromat.
Add till, raai and jeeru
Cook well till sauce thickens
Garnish with green dhana chopped and serve with buns or pitta bread crispy
