1 tin cream style sweet corn
2 tsp ground green chillies
½ cup milk
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 cup self-rising flower
3 Tbsp melted butter/ oil
Chopped dhunia
Method:
Beat eggs well and add rest of ingredients. Mix well.
Heat a frying pan or tawa with a little ghee and drop a spoonful of mixture on to it. Flatten, with back of spoon and fry like crumpets
