3 to four large chicken breasts cut into strips
2 tblsp plain yoghurt
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp tandoori spice
1 tsp dhania powder
salt to taste
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp green chillies or to taste
3 tblsp flour..
½ tsp mix herbs and some chopped dhania
mix all the above ingredients together..
Marinate chicken strips overnight or for a few hours. Before frying add in 1 tsp of baking powder. Fry on medium heat in shallow oil.
