2 packets boudoir biscuits
1 cup fresh cream
1 tub Mascapone cheese
4 eggs separated
1 tsp vanilla essence
2/3 castor sugar
2 Tbsp coffee and 5ml
1 tsp vanilla essence dissolved in 1 mug of boiling water cocoa for sprinkling.
Method:
Beat egg yolks and castor sugar together very well, then fold in the muscopone cheese, mix well.
Beat eggs whites swiftly and beat fresh cream stiffly.
Mix beaten eggs white and cream into the egg yolk/ sugar/ cheese mixture- mix well.
Line a bowl of your choice with boudoir biscuits over filling, then pouring, then pour remaining filling over and smoothen it.
Finally dust cocoa over and refrigerate
