Tikka Tawa Naan
2 cups sifted cake flour
1 tsp salt
4 tblsp oil
4 tsp baking powder
Half tsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground green chillies
1 tsp crushed garlic
Half tsp Italian herbs
Half tsp crushed jeeraa
Chopped green onions..dhania
Rub in the oil.
1 cup or more of prepared dhai..yoghurt..or raita..
Or use plain maas or yoghurt or buttermilk
Enough to bind a soft dough
Knead dough for few minutes
Set aside at least 10 min
Make 8 parts
Roll out oblong..not too thin
Cook on a hot tawa
Brush with garlic butter
Sprinkle thull if u like
Cook till bubbles..flip over
Smear the garlic butter
Flip over ..smear on that side too
Keep flipping till u know its cooked through
Serve with chicken boti..butter chicken or any dish u like..
