2 tbslp fennel seeds/saumf
2 tsps whole cloves
25 g Cinnamon sticks
25 whole black peppercorns
2 tsp ground ginger powder or whole dried ginger
Quarter cup whole green cardamom/elachi
3 star anise
A bit of Saffron can also be added if u wish
Roast the above spices…then grind into a powder and use as required…
Can be stored in a glass bottle
