250g elachi
250g white pepper (Robertson)
200g black pepper (Robertson)
200g cinnamon powder
250g pipper
300g ground ginger (Robertson )
Mix all together
Pack in small bags n seal
Store in the freezer
Will last for over a year this way
Use a little (under 1/4tsp) per cup of brewed tea
