Orange & Prune :
1 Juicy orange
¼ cup ready-to-eat prunes
5 tblsp orange juice
– Peel and segment the orange and place in a bowl with the prunes.
Pear and Kiwi Fruit :
1 ripe dessert pear
1 kiwi fruit
4 tblsp apple or pineapple juice
– Core and slice the pear.
– Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into wedges.
Grapefruit and Strawberry :
1 ruby grapefruit
1 cup strawberries
4 tblsp orange juice
– Peel and segment the grapefruit and halve the strawberries.
TO SERVE :
Plain yogurt.
Toasted hazelnuts, chopped.
