Ingredients
750ml (3 cups) sugar
375ml (1½ cups) water
2.5ml (½ tsp) cream of tartar
Red/green food colouring
6 wooden sticks (ice – lolly sticks)
Method:
Boil water and sugar until thick or until it coats the back of a spoon (soft ball stage).
Add cream of tartar.
Add Colouring.
Insert wooden sticks.
Dip apples in mixture and place on wax paper.
