Ingredients:
½ kg tomatoes
¼ cup cream
1 Tbsp whole spices
1 Tbsp corn flour
1 Tbsp butter
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
Method:
Boil the tomatoes with 3- 4 glasses of water and whole spices till tomatoes are tender. Strain the juice. Heat the butter and stir in corn flour and fry lightly. Add tomato juice slowly so that no lumps form. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Mix cream, lemon juice and slat. Serve with potato chips.
