Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp ghee
1 tsp salt
Boiling water to make a soft dough
Any cooked chicken or steak filling, made very saucy – with tomato , chilli, mustard sauces
Lettuce, carrots and cucumber salad prepared
Cheese.
Method:
Prepare dough as for rotis
Roll out small rotis
Fry on griddle until it forms light speks
When done, place chicken filling on ½ of roti, top with salad and cheese.
Fold over, before serving, place again and griddle and fry on each side until done, using ghee.
