Sliced bread, crust removed
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, finely grated
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce, finely shredded
Cut out shapes from the bread slices using a fancy cutter. Combine all the ingredients for the filling, add just enough mayonnaise to bind together. Spoon the filling over each slice and garnish as desired.
