1 litre milk
¾ cup vermicelli
1 tin condensed milk
1 small tin cream
2 tbsp custard powder
2 tbsp maizena
1 tin canned peaches
Method:
Mix the custard powder with corn flour and a little milk to make a paste. In a pot heat the rest of the milk and vermicelli and bring to a boil. Add cream, condensed milk and custard paste. Mix well and simmer till the mixture thickens and cools. Drain out the syrup from the peaches and mix into the cooled mixture. Pour vermicelli desert into a bowl and refrigerate. Serve chilled
