Ingredients:
250g butter
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 eggs
1 cup cake flour
2 cups self rising flour
500g cake fruit mix
2 dessert spoons oil
Method:
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Sift flours and ad to creamed mixture. Mix well pour mixture into greased, lined loaf pan. Bake at 150C for 1 ½ hours of until skewer comes out clean.
