Hot sauce chips
fry 4 potatoe chips in medium hot oil
in a dish put ¼ cup vinegar, ¾ tsp salt and 1 ½ tsp chilli powder and mix
put in the well drained chips and coat well with the vinegar mixture
Cheesy Fries
Cut 3 small to medium potatoes chips ( thick chips)
Fry till crisp…
Melt 80gr butter, 1tsp crushed garlic, 1/4 tsp garlic pepper ,sprinkle of aromat, 1/2 pkt Knorr 3 cheese sauce…
( just the powder don’t dilute)braise well then add in 125ml of fresh cream … stir till it thickens… pour over chips sprinkle crushed red chillies & parsley…
Cheesy Chilli Fries
Pre-fry potato chips & drain.
Prior to serving , heat oil and place chips into hot oil .
Fry until crispy & light golden in colour .
Cheese sauce:
1tbls butter
1 tbls flour
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground lemon pepper
250ml of fresh cream
Grated gouda & Mozarella cheese (add in to your preference)
Melt butter with flour , add in cream & seasoning . Whisk lightly . Add in cheeses & continue whisking until it reaches a desired thickened consistency .
Steers seasoning salt
Fresh red chillies cut into rounds .
Freshly chopped coriander (optional)
Drain the potatoes chips on a paper towel in a colander .
Spice with Steers seasoning.
Pour cheese sauce over . Throw over red chillie rounds & sprinkle fresh coriander.
Serve while hot to be enjoyed at it’s best .
