COTTAGE PIE:
1/2 kg mince (chicken.beef or lamb)
1 Onion chopped fine,
1-2 tsp red masala,
1 teaspoon dhana powder, little whole Jeero,
Fry onion in oil till soft then add in mince with little water and put 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp arad and cook till done.
• Then add masala and dry spices and cook for 10 minutes.
• Set aside to cool and once cool add tomato sauce n mustard sauce (must be saucy but not runny) and layer at bottom of casserole dish.
• Cube 2 potatoes and boil till soft and mash, add little butter, mayonnaise and milk, salt n pepper to taste and mix till smooth. Boil spaghetti and season.
Make white sauce with 1 Tblspn butter, 1 Tblspn flour and milk not so thick.
• Mix in Spaghetti.
• Now put spaghetti on top of mince and last mash.
• Sprinkle cheese and slice tomato (if desired) n black pepper n herbs.
• Cover with foil and bake for 30min without drying it out
• . Just before you serve remove foil and leave in oven until cheese is melted
MOHIDEENS MIX GRILL
1Kg Tenderrised steak pieces
2 Tsp Red chutney
1/4 Tsp arad
4 grated medium size tomatoes
1 Tsp B.B.Q. spice
1 Tsp steak & chops spice
1 cup yoghurt
Method:
Leave above to marinate for few hours. Than cook on medium to low heat for approximately 30-40min.
When nearly done add:
4 TBL Spoons tomato sauce
4 TBL Spoons worstesauce
1 small packet tomato paste
Cook till nice, tender and lots of gravy. (Add little water if gravy is too thick)
In a separate pot cook 1Kg Chilli Sausages with little water.Thereafter fry 10-15pieces of garlic polony.Cut 6-8 potatoes a bit thick for chips. Than fry.
Lay-Out:
1. Take a big tray, lay the chips.
2. Than lay cooked sausages & polony over.
3. Finally lay the steak & pour the gravy over everything

POTATOE CHUT PUTI.
Fry purr /that has been cut into squares…FATIMAS SAMOOSA PUR IS IDEAL..
add salt & chillies
Boil potatoes (small blocks cut) add salt & chillies
Set potatoes in plate, with purr around
Cut small pieces onions on top of potatoes
Pour steers garlic sauce over potatoes..make vagaar wit fine cut green chillies,garlic, limri & rye..put over garlic sauce…n over potatoes..
Amli :
Soak red amli in hot water, strain n put to boil..add 1tsp tomato sauce, brown sugar & little bit red chillies…boil till nice n thick… Serve with Amli sauce. Enjoy
TOASTED STEAK
1/2 kg Steak cut in strips
Cook with 1 tsp ginger garlic masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp arad
2 tsp dry dhana
5 Tab lemon juice
1 grated onion
1 grated tomato
3 Tab tomatoe puree
Ghee/oil
Once meat is cooked flake meat and add tomato sauce, mayonaise n mustard sauce.
Fry chips season with salt, vinegar n red chillies.
Put steak , then seasoned chips and grated cheese.
Butter the sandwich on both sides and toast .
Wrap in foil n serve immediately
