500g beef or lamb mince
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sumac
½ tsp pepper
½ red bell pepper
½ white or red onion
1 fresh green jalapeno or you can use any other chilli
3 cloves of fresh garlic
A fist of fresh parsley
A fist of fresh coriander
A fist of fresh mint
Add all the dry spics to the meat and set aside
In a food processor, pulse the rest of the ingredients it need to be mush but not liquid. Drain all the water out of the veg mixture in through a cloth. Add to the meat and leave in the fridge for an hour to set after an hour drain whatever liquid comes out. Form in to kebabs. Freeze for 3 hours. Air fry or grill for 20 mins at 180 squeeze lemon at the end
Hummus
½ can of chick peas
1 tsp tahini paste
1 tblspn lemon juice
2 tblspns olive oil
½ tsp salt
I also made tatziki and sumac onions
Served it with flat breads
