Healthy All Bran Rusk Recipe

5 cups All Bran flakes…..keep aside.
Melt 500g butter with
1 ½ cups sugar and let it cool. keep aside.

Mix together :

1kg self raising flour,1tblsp baking powder and quarter tsp salt.
1 carton Inkomazi/sour milk ,
mix with 2 eggs.

Add flour mixture and butter mixture to Inkomazi/Sour milk mixture then lastly add the all bran.

Mix and put in a rusk pan or 4 loaf pans and bake. After baking slice and put in the oven to brown….
