1 onion – liquidized
2 dessertspoons brown sugar
2 tsp salt – as required
4 tsps fine red chillies
1 tsp fresh fine garlic or garlic flakes
½ cup methi masala
½ cup brown vinegar
1 tblsp tal – sesame seeds
1 onion sliced fine
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Add sliced onion. Store in a fridge.
