3 oz butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ cup milk
1 tin pie apples cubed
Drizzle Sauce Topping:
250ml fresh cream
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Boil altogether for 2 minutes only
Method:
1.Cream butter and sugar
2.Add eggs, 1 at a time
3.Add dry ingredients alternatively with milk
4.Put batter into square pyrex dish
5.Put cubed pie apples onto batter
6.Bake for +/- 30 minutes
7.Remove from oven and pour sauce over hot cake.
