Apple Pie

Crust
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk

Add flour,sugar & salt in a bowl. Whisk together with a fork,mix oil and milk together and add to dry ingredients to make a dough.

Filling
8 apples
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter

Toss peeled and chopped apples in flour., sugar and cinnamon. Cook on medium temperature for approximately 15 minutes or until soft and sticky. Divide sought into 2 parts and roll out.  Grease Pyrex cover bottom with one part of the dough, add filling and drop pieces of butter , cover with second part of the dough. Pinch the ends of the pie and decorate as desired , brush with egg or milk. Bake at 180 degrees from 25-35 minutes. Serve with warm custard or ice cream
