INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillet, cubed
2 Tblsp green chillies, crushed
1 Tblsp garlic, crushed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 red, yellow and green pepper, grated
1 cup cream style sweet corn
1 cup asparagus, cut into small pieces
1 cup cheese, grated
1. Cook the meat with the first 5 ingredients. When almost done, add peppers, corn, and asparagus. Cook till done.
2. When cool, add cheese, and parsley.
3. Fill as for samoosas, dip in egg, and roll in crumbs.
