Makes two cups..
1 large banana
4 dates of choice soaked in half a cup of water for 15 min before use.
1 cup milk or almond milk
2 teaspoons chia seeds.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey.
2 tablespoon Future Life original cereal( optional)
Directions.
Soak the dates for 15 min before use until it’s soft remove pits and add the water and dates into a blender.
Add all the above ingredients into a blender.
IDEAL TO HAVE AFTER BREAKFAST…

2 tbslp fennel seeds/saumf 2 tsps whole cloves 25 g Cinnamon sticks 25 whole black peppercorns 2 tsp ground ginger powder or whole dried ginger Quarter cup whole green cardamom/elachi 3 star anise A bit of Saffron can also be added if u wish Roast the above...
