Banana and nutella muffins (22.03.12)

INGREDIENTS

2 EGGS
125g SOFT BUTTER
100g SUGAR
2 LARGE RIPE BANANAS MASHED
200g NUTELLA
1 TSP BICARBONATE OF SODA
100ml MILK
250g FLOUR
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 SLAB PLAIN MILK CHOCALATE MELTED
METHOD
•CREAM TOGETHER EGGS, BUTTER AND SUGAR.
•FOLD IN BANANAS AND NUTELLA.
•IN A SEPARATE BOWL, COMBINE MILK AND BICARB AND BLEND WELL.
•SEPERATELY, MIX FLOUR WITH BAKING POWDER.
•ALTERNATELY BLEND IN A PART OF THE MILK MIXTURE, THEN PART OF THE
FLOUR MIXTURE AND REPEAT UNTIL ALL IS USED.
•POUR INTO MUFFIN CASES AND BAKE @ 180 DEG FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES.
•POUR MELTED CHOCALATE ON TOP AND DECORATE WITH NUTS, SUGAR PEARLS ETC…
