Boil 5-6 medium potatoes & mash
¼ Cup oil
1 tsp mustard seeds  fry until they pop
 Add curry leaves a hand full until lightly brown 
Use to green chillies  stamp fine with 6 green chillies and 6 cloves of garlic.
2 lemons  juice
1 tsp sugar
Combine all above to mash and form small balls.
Roll into tasty wheat and dip into a paste made from ½ tsp chana flour & a little water to form  curry  like paste.
Fry in deep oil golden brown & serve with chutney of your choice.
