IDEAL FOR EID BREAKFAST
1 kg beef mince
2 tsp ground green chillies
1 and half tsp salt
2 medium onions, processed
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Half tsp ground jeeru
1 tsp gharam masala
Quarter tsp nutmeg powder
Quarter cup mint leaves, chopped
Two tablespoon
chana flour
½ tsp turmeric powder
Method.
Wash mince and squeeze out excess water. Squeeze out water from onions as well. Add together with rest of ingredients to mince. Mix well. Give it a spin in the food processor or magi mix. Form into kebabs. Fry grill or braai
