1 shoulder or hind leg
1 tsp ginger garlic
Lemon juice
Vinegar
Salt
1/2 tsp fresh pepper
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp crushed chillies
2 tsp fresh ground green chilli
Make a paste
Remove fat from leg
Make slits on each side, smear everywhere including slits
Pot roast the leg or pressure cook if eating on eid day

Slice very thin with sharp knife, rinse properly. 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp freshly ground pepper, 1/2 tsp turmeric pwd, 1 tsp crushed chilli, 1 tsp fine red chilli powder, lemon juice, 2 tsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp Dhana jeero. Mix well, fry in wok. Don’t over cook. Serve...
