Slice very thin with sharp knife, rinse properly. 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp freshly ground pepper, 1/2 tsp turmeric pwd, 1 tsp crushed chilli, 1 tsp fine red chilli powder, lemon juice, 2 tsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp Dhana jeero.
Mix well, fry in wok. Don’t over cook. Serve immediately.
