1 CUP OIL
GREEN CHILLIES TO TASTE
1 MEDIUM SIZE ONION
2 EGGS
½ CUP MILK
½ CUP MIELIE MEAL
½ CUP CHANA FLOUR
½ TSP ARAD – TURMERIC
½ TSP SALT
½ TSP CRUSHED DHANIA
2 ½ TSP S BAKING POWDER
•1 CUP METHI BERJEE
•1 CUP CREAMSTYLE SWEETCORN
METHOD
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS INTO MAGI MIX EXCEPT METHI BERJEE AND SWEETCORN. ONCE INGREDEINTS ARE MIXED WELL THEN LASTLY ADD METHI BERJEE AND SWEETCORN AND GIVE A QUICK MIX. BAKE AT 180c UNTIL DONE. ALSO DO NOT OVER BAKE BERJEE CAKE.
