1 potatoe par boiled – grated
Greens of Choice – Dhan ia, Celery, Spinach and Lettuce
1 cup chana flour
1 cup self raising flour
1 egg
1/2 cup yoghurt/ sour milk
salt to taste
handful dry dhania – must be stamped
handful dry whole jeera
2 Tbsp green masala
1 onion
add in grated par boled potatoe. Mix to a paste until a good consistency.
