Fry onion in oil
Add garlic..salt..Green and dry red Chillies
Add tumeric. .crushed red chilli and mix masala ..sauté and add in chopped peeled tomato. .Cook on high heat til water burns from tomato..add in fried bhinda and simmer.
U can use leftover prepared khurie
Or add in yoghurt and maas..
Garnish and serve.
I used ready khurie . delicious with roti
