1 big onion chopped
Saute till pink 1 cinnamon 1 elachie
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 tsp chilli garlic masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed red chilli
Half tsp turmeric
Half tsp dhana jeera
If you like add 2 tsp mix masala. Add in the chopped mutton mix well. Leave to simmer with pot closed. Add in boiling water enough to cook meat. Add in chopped cabbage.
1 small tomato peeled and chopped
Quarter cup peas
1 potato cut up
Add to mutton leave to cook on medium
