1 butternut1 potato 125g chicken 1 onion Salt Green chill/garlic masala 1 con coconut milk Nutmeg Black pepper Paprika Rind of orange
Butternut peeled and cubed. Large potato peeled and cubed Boil above until soft. Puree until smooth, can add a little water. Braise diced onion in oil until onions are soft. Add in cubed chicken. 1 teaspoon green chilli/garlic masala. 2 teaspoon salt. When chicken is cooked through, add butternut puree, 1 tin coconut milk and 1 can water. Allow to give a nice boil, then add in a pinch of nutmeg ground black pepper, tea- spoon paprika. Add in garnishing greens and serve.
