2 ½ cups chana flour
½ cup cake flour
1 cup grated onions
1 Tbsp crushed dhania
2 tsp baking powder
Ground green chillies
Chopped dhania
Lettuce leaves (chopped)
Method:
Mix all ingredients together
add a little water if necessary
fry in deep hot oil
grated green apples will add tang to the bhajias if added.
