Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour
100g cold butter
50g cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup butter milk
salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Swift flour into a bowl, add butter and run through until a breadcrumb consistency is formed
- Add cheese and parsley, season to taste
- Gradually add milk until a dough is form
- Roll into golf ball sized rounds and add directly to stew pot
- Allow to stream for 20 minutes and enjoy
Serves 4-6
