2 cups flour
1 tblsp ghee
½ tsp salt
½ cup sour milk
add milk to make a nice dough..
Filling..
Mix together:
3 potatoes Boiled n mashed
Add salt/ pepper
Green chillies
Spring onion
3 tblsp cream style sweetcorn
½ cup cheese..
Vagaar..
1 tblsp oil..
Crushed curry leaves
Little mustard seeds
little crushed garlic
Heat till it starts to pop.
Make 12 balls n roll out into circles. Put cooled potatoes mixture in and add a little more cheese..
Put little Vagaar. Spread Lai(flour mixed with water) on other side. close..
Fry on tava till golden brown
drizzle ghee on top before taking off stove.. Enjoy.
ALTERNATIVELY..
TAKE A ROLL OF TODAYS PUFF PASTRY..
ROLL OUT INTO A RECTANGLE
SPREAD SOME GHEE OIL MIXTURE
THEN ROLL UP INTO A SWISS ROLL
CUT ROUND SLICES AND ROLL IN CIRCLE THEN PUT A LITTLE OF THE POTATOE CHEESE FILLING AND COVER WITH ANOTHER CIRCLE MAKING SURE YOU SEAL EDGES WITH LAAI MIXTURE
GRILL ON TAWA AND DRIZZLE GHEE OIL MIXTURE WHEN TURNING.
