½ BUNCH CHOPPED GREEN DHANIA
¼ BUNCH CHOPPED MINT LEAVES
•JUST BEFORE FRYING BEAT 2 EGGS SLIGHTLY AND MIX IN.
•THEN ADD 1 TSP BAKING POWDER.
•FRY IN DEEP OIL SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEYS
