Step1:
1 cup chicken fillet
Salt & pepper
1-2 Tbsp green masala
Step 2:
1 Cup green pepper cubed
1 Cup onion cubed
1 cup potato cubed- boiled
½ cup tomato cubed
½ cup red pepper (optional)
½ cup yellow pepper
1 cup grated cheese
Chopped dhania & spring onion
Step 3:
2 eggs
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
Method:
Mix eggs, flour & baking powder into a mixing bowl.
Add all other ingredients into mixing bowl.
Salt/ chillies to taste.
Fill into paper cups
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with lemons.
